Clashes have been reported in Qamishlo town, in Rojava.
It is understood that clashes erupted between the Home Security Forces linked to the Autonomous Administration and regime soldiers.
As a result of the clashes 13 soldiers were killed and a Home Security member lost his life.
According to local sources, at around 9 am this morning Syrian regime forces tried to forcibly take young people to get them into the army, near Qamishlo airport.
At that point, the Home Security Forces affiliated to the Autonomous Administration intervened.
Turning into a clash, this incident resulted in at least 13 soldiers killed and one Home Security Forces member losing his life.
Clashes are said to be continuing in the region.
