Mihemed Xelef El-Necim, co-chair of El-Kuber Village Council lost his life as a result of the detonation of an explosive device which hit his car.

It is stated that the explosion was caused by a bomb falling on the car of Mihemed Xelef El-Necim in front of the People’s Municipality of the village of El-Kuber in the west of Deir Ez-zor. It is estimated that the explosive device was remotely controlled.

Mine clearing teams and Internal Security Forces came to the scene and started investigations.
