Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) announced that the regime forces bombed Letamne and Kefer Zita to the north of Hama and Enkawim Sheria, Hewiz, Kelet Mediq, Hewice and Bab Taqa as well as the Emiqa region in the Xab plains to the northwest.
SOHR also reported artillery fire in Til Nemis, Cercenaz and Meret Shorin in Idlib.
The bilateral artillery fire occurred in Hama, Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia, all areas deemed “no-clash zones” in an agreement between Russia and Turkey.
The Hayat Tahrir Al Sham (HTS) founded by Ankara-backed Al Nusra fired mortars into the Til Bizam region to the north of Hama. There is no information on the outcome of the attack.
According to the SOHR, Russia fired two ballistic missiles from the Mediterranean which hit the Jisr Al Shuur to the north of Idlib. There were 12 civilian casualties in the attack.
Meanwhile, this morning Syrian regime forces fired mortars into the Letamne town to the north of Hama and jets flew over Idlib and Hama.
The SOHR said one civilian lost their life in the Seraqib region to the east of Idlib in the regime fire, bringing the total death toll in the region to 5.
