Deir ez-Zor Educational Committee has launched new education training session to improve the formation and skills of 4,668 teachers in the city.

Kemal Musa, co-chair of Der ez-Zor Civil Council Educational and Training Committee, said that they aimed at improving the skills of teachers by providing summer schools.

The first session of the summer school has already begun.

Noting that they had been working in 18 institutes for teachers in the east of Deir ez-Zor, Musa said that teacher training began on 10 June and will run till 20 July.

Education is a pillar of the Autonomous Administration and clearly the training of teachers is crucial to ensure a high level education. Training centres and courses for teachers have been organised all over the Northern Syria Federation, since the declaration of the Democratic Autonomy in the various Cantons.
