Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) is holding its third congress under the motto “On the way to a political solution and building a decentralized democratic Syria”.

The congress is taking place in Tabqa with the participation of 270 delegates, guests from all cities of Syria, delegations from Europe and Egypt, Northern Syrian Democratic Administration.

After speeches and discussions throughout the day, Emine Umer and Riyad Derar have been elected co-chairs of the Syrian Democratic Council.
