According to local sources, the Turkish state continues to use the occupied territories and seized houses for demographic change policies in Rojava, northern Syria.
It was reported that 600 Syrian refugees deported from Turkey were handed over to the paramilitary criminal apparatus ‘Military Police’ in Girê Spi (Tal Abyad).
Local sources reported that forced deportations from Turkey accelerated in July following racist attacks on Syrian refugees in Kayseri province in Turkey and a renewed search for relations between the Turkish state and the government in Damascus.
The number of refugees deported from Turkey and resettled in the occupied territories reached 36,400. It is stated that 72 Iraqis were also resettled in these areas.
