Turkish-backed mercenary groups gathered together by Turkey under the name of “Euphrates Shield” have carried out attacks in the rural areas of Arab Hesen, al-Dandaniya, Um Cilud and Um Adasa villages northwest of the Manbij city late Thursday evening.

Reports are coming through of violent clashes between the mercenary groups and fighters of the Manbij Military Council in the area.
