Social Defense Forces (HPC) staged a march with the motto “Afrin resistance is the resistance of organized community, HPC stands with the Resistance of the Age”.

Thousands of HPC members from Qamishlo region gathered in front of HPC headquarters in Girke Lege, holding banners that read “We condemn Turkish state’s attacks against Afrin’s people”, “We are all Afrin”, “Rojava will be a grave to the enemy”.

Following the march to the central market, HPC administrator Eymeha Mihemed made a speech and stated that Turkish state’s attacks against Afrin target all components of Northern Syria and values of humanity.

Stressing that Erdogan fascism will be defeated in Afrin just like ISIS was defeated in Kobanê, Mihemed said; “We are ready to go to Afrin to defend Northern Syria against the Turkish state’s invasion”.
