Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) released a statement announcing the details of their latest actions against the Turkish army and allied mercenaries in North-East Syria.

According to the statement, HRE fighters targeted the occupation forces in the Sherawa district of Afrin city which has been occupied for over four years.

The statement said that HRE fighters targeted an armored military vehicle in between the villages of Basil and Gobele on May 26, destroying the vehicle, killing 3 Turkish soldiers and wounding 7 others.

On May 27, HRE fighters carried out an action against a group of Turkish-backed mercenaries in an area between the villages of Kîmarê and Birc Heyder. Two mercenaries were killed and four others injured as a result.

HRE concluded that the actions in question left 3 Turkish soldiers and 2 mercenaries dead, while 7 soldiers and 4 mercenaries were wounded.
