The Afrin Liberation Forces (Hêzên Rizgariya Efrînê, HRE) announced that fighter Cîlo Efrîn (Celal Elî) was martyred on April 13.

The HRE wrote the following about the fighter's biography: "Our comrade Cîlo Efrîn grew up in a patriotic family in the resistance region of Afrin. Patriotism is part of the culture of our people. Our friend grew up in this culture and was always ready to defend his region. Just as the goal of all patriots is to liberate the region from occupation, the liberation of Afrin and the other occupied territories was the main goal of Efrîn Cîlo. With this resistance culture, he participated in the free life and struggle.  

We renew our promise to realize the dream of every fallen person, the liberation of our country. In the person of our comrade Şehîd Cîlo, we respectfully remember all our brave companions. We wish our condolences to the family of the fallen and to our people."
