The human shield action launched against the threats of the Turkish state continues on day 14 despite the cold. The action in the Minbiteh neighborhood along the Northern Kurdistan border saw the Gire Spi Culture and Arts Center members put on a play. A committee from Tabqa and Raqqa was visiting the action today.

Huda Al Awan spoke in the name of the women of Tabqa condemned the Turkish state threats against the region and said, “Turkey wants to drag Northern and Eastern Syria into the dark.” Huda Al Awan added that Turkish state invasion policies target all peoples of the region and their democratic projects.

The play about the unity of the peoples was staged after the speeches.
