The human shield action promoted in Manbij against the Turkish state’s threats of occupation of Northern and Eastern Syria has reached day 6.
Human shield activists are receiving visits by all autonomous administration institutions as well as military council and many citizens.

Speaking on behalf of the Manbij Democratic Civil Administration, Sozan Hisên said the peoples of the region should be sensitive to the psychological warfare carried out by the Turkish state.
Stating that the peoples of the region are organised both military and politically, Sozan added: “Our people ended the terror with their struggle and achieved historical victories. This situation cannot be accepted by Turkey, that wants to crash the will of the people.”
Manbij Military Council's official spokesperson, Shervan Derwish said: “We are ready to defend our city as we have always been.”
