The human shield action launched in Serekaniye by the border against the Turkish state’s threats against Northern and Eastern Syria continues on day 5. People from Dirbesiye and Til Temir took over the action yesterday and turned the watch over to residents of Heseke, Hol and Shaddadi.

Mihemed Seid spoke on behalf of the group from Dirbesiye and Til Temir and said: “The Turkish state aims to massacre the peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria. We promise the peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria and the SDF that we won’t let the Turkish invaders through and we will support our troops.” Seid called on the peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria to support the human shield actions.

Mustafa Ehmed from Heseke thanked the action participants and said: “Erdogan and the Turkish state must know that they cannot enter our lands.”

Ehmed said the Turkish state aims to massacre the peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria under the guise of the safe zone and to harm the gains achieved through martyrs, and that nobody buys their lies.

After the speeches, the fifth day in the human shield action continued with talks and activities.
