Invading Turkish state and mercenaries kill woman and child, wound many in Zirgan

Dozens of civilians were injured and a woman and a child were killed in a Turkish air strike on the northern Syrian town of Zirgan.

Turkish fighter jets attacked the self-governing northern Syrian village of Zirgan on Tuesday. Dozens of civilians were injured inside, some seriously, and a woman and a child were killed as a result of the heavy bombardment. The injured and killed were taken to Dirbêsiyê hospital.

The woman killed is Nede Dexam Mesîx. The child has not yet been identified. Among those injured in the hospital are two toddlers, two children and four adults. Some seriously injured people had to be transported to the hospitals in Hesekê and Qamişlo.

The air strikes continued on Tuesday evening. The civilian population tries to escape from mortal danger by fleeing.
