The Military Relations Office of the al-Jazeera Military Council held a tribal reconciliation session between the clans of Kabara and Poplan in Heseke.
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said in a statement that "the reconciliation session was attended by the Commander of the al-Jazeera Military Council, Hussein Salmo, the Autonomous Administration Advisor in Heseke, Zainab Sheitka, the Civil Peace Council, and tribal leaders and community figures from both clans and other clans in the region."
According to the statement, the reconciliation session "resulted in resolving a five-year dispute following an incident in 2017 in which a young man lost his life.
The SDF Military Relations Offices plays a vital role in resolving tribal conflicts in NE Syria, and it works to bring the region’s clans together."
