Kobanê Autonomous Council co-chair, Anwar Muslim, said that the explosion in Manbij on Thursday was a sign of the defeat of the attackers.

Muslim condemned the explosion and said protests against the occupation attacks carried out by the Turkish state must increase. 

As a result of the explosion two people lost their life and 22 were wounded.

Kobanê co-chair Muslim stressed that the attack once again targeted the civilian population and was carried out by coward people.

This attack, said Muslim, was a sign of the defeat of these invading forces.

Stating that the attack was carried out in an attempt to break the will of the people, Muslim said that no matter what, people will stand shoulder to shoulder to resist and protest against the Turkish state.
