The Kongra Star Coordination paid tribute to those who fell as martyrs in the massacres carried out in 2013 and 2016 in Til Eran, Til Hasil and Qamishlo.
In a statement to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Til Eran and Til Hasil massacres carried out in 2013 and the massacres carried out in Qamishlo in 2016, the Kongra Star Coordination said that the ongoing attacks by the Turkish state are the continuation of Ankara’s policies.
The statement said: “We respectfully pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the massacres carried out by the Turkish state mercenaries in Til Hasil and Til Eran in 2013 and in Qamishlo in 2016. The mercenaries, who could not accept democratic ideas, carried out brutal attacks against humanity. These attacks, which aim to cause strife in the region, have been continuing against the Autonomous Administration for 10 years. And they are still going on.”
The statement added: “The intense attacks carried out in the past few days in Shehba and Til Temir coincided with the anniversary of the massacres in 2013 and 2016, which is the evidence that the conspiracies continue.
As Kongra Star, we pay tribute to our martyrs with respect and strongly condemn the brutal attacks of the Turkish state.
We reiterate our promise to continue the struggle on the path of our martyrs, and emphasize once again that our resistance will continue so that peaceful and safe days will come when we can live together.”
