Manbij Education Committee gives special courses for teachers

Manbij Education Committee started special courses for teachers of science and education.

Manbij Education Committee started special courses for teachers in order to further develop science and education and to prepare the new teacher for the next year. 1,200 teachers attended the training, which started on 22 June. The training will last 10 days.

Rewda El-Mihemed, director of the Education Committee, told ANHA that they aim to raise the level of teachers in the new academic year.

Rewda El-Mihemed said that they discussed what kind of program they would developed before the training started, said: “There were discussions about the need for a new program for education, which was accepted by the North and East Syria Science Committee.”

El-Mihemed added that at the beginning of the training, lessons about psychological and internal system were given, and that these lessons will have a practical strategy later on. He also added that they will teach English and said that a special period will be opened for assistant teachers.

Ebdulah Musa, one of the educators, said that the purpose of these lessons is not memorization. He added that the teachers who were not successful in this period, can join second period and added that there are many branches such as language, school activities, classroom teacher and history.
