The Manbij Health Committee has confirmed that 32 people were injured in the explosion that occurred on Thursday morning in the Al-Haya neighborhood of Manbij.
According to the statement released by the Health Committee one of the wounded is said to be in serious condition.
Executives of the Health Committee confirmed that Eli El Hisen, 55 has been transferred to a hospital in Aleppo for the serious wounds he suffered.
Muna Zakeriya, Health Committee co-chair, said that 22 people who suffered minor injuries were discharged from the hospital after being treated.
He added that the remaining wounded citizens were being treated and were doing well.
The explosion occurred on Thursday morning in Al-Haya neighborhood during a march organised by citizens to protests against the ongoing threats by the Turkish state.
The situation in Manbij remain tense, after an alleged agreement between Turkey and the US-led coalition forces. US delegations were in Manbij to reassure both the Autonomous Administration and the Manbij Military Council that no Turkish troops will be patrolling the city.
