Manbij Youth Movement made a statement and condemned the Turkish state’s attacks on the regions of North-East Syria, Medya Defense Zones and Maxmur Camp in South Kurdistan. The press conference held at Yekitiya Werzişe Park was participated by tens of members of Manbij Association of Young Women and Manbij Youth Movement.

The statement was read by Hedil El-Hec Casim, co-chair of Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement.

Expressing that Manbij, since it was liberated, has been targeted by the Turkish state and allied gangs, Hedil El-Hec Casim stressed that the people have been intimidated through the attacks against Manbij and forced to immigrate.

In the statement, Hedil El-Hec Casim lastly said, “We, as Revolutionary Youth Movement, will enhance the resistance against the attacks targeting the freedom and honour of our people and we will defend the achievements of our martyrs. We, as Manbij Revolutionary Youth Movement, participate in the campaign “Join the freedom fight” to defend our people and stand with our military forces.”
