The arson fires in the occupied city of Afrin resulted in the burning of tens of thousands of fruit trees (olives, cherries, pomegranates, pistachios, figs, grapes), and forest trees (cypress, pine, and oak) and others.
Among the villages most affected by the fires is the village of Bîlêlklo, wrote ANHA agency, which managed to document the names of the farmers affected by the arson fires set by the mercenaries linked to the Turkish occupation army. The agency also confirmed the burning of 2,550 fruit trees in the village, and dozens of hectares.

A few days ago, the Environment Body in Afrin and al-Shahba Canton condemned the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries for setting fires in the forests of Afrin.
It is worth noting, said ANHA, that the mercenaries set fire a few days ago to the lands between many villages including (Adamo, Albiske, Bîlêlklo, Jala, Kholulko, Kosa, Shankila, Baarifa, and Darwish), bringing the total number of targeted villages so far to 9.
