Nehrey Humanitarian Relief sends 20 thousand boxes of medicines to North East Syria

Twenty thousand boxes of medicines sent to Northern and Eastern Syria by the Nehrey Humanitarian Relief Organization in South Kurdistan were received by Heyva Sor a Kurd at Semalka Border Gate.

Twenty thousand boxes of medicines sent to Northern and Eastern Syria by the Nehrey Humanitarian Relief Organization in South Kurdistan were received by Heyva Sor a Kurd at Semalka Border Gate.

Among the medicines received, there are also those used in treatments for burns and eyes, as well as antidepressants.

Heyva Sor a Kurd East Region co-chair, Dr. Ehmed Şêxmûs, spoke while receiving the medicines and said: “We thank the Nehrey Humanitarian Relief organization for its help. It is the third time that this organization has provided such aid. We hope that other humanitarian aid organizations will also provide similar help.”

Şêxmus continued: "We received medicines such as eye drops, antibiotic injections, and medicines for burns that are difficult to obtain in the region. Among the things received were also equipment for ambulances.”
