North and East Syria detects 173 new cases of Covid-19
According to the statement made by the North and East Syria Health Committee this morning, 173 people have tested positive to coronavirus and 3 people died in the past 24 hours.
According to the statement made by the North and East Syria Health Committee this morning, 173 people have tested positive to coronavirus and 3 people died in the past 24 hours.
Ciwan Mustafa, co-chair of the North and East Syria Health Committee, announced that 3 people died and 173 people proved positive to coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
Two of the people who died were men from Qamishlo and one was a woman from Derik.
Mustafa also said that 90 of the 173 new cases detected were men and 83 women.
The new cases were distributed as follows: Hesekê 23, Qamishlo 36, Dêrik 39, Girkê Legê 12, Amûdê 7, Dirbêsiyê 8, Kobanê 5, Raqqa 1, Tabqa 36, Deir Ez-zor 2 and Shehba 1.
The total number of cases throughout the region was recorded as 3,798, the number of deaths as 112 and the number of recovered as 672.
