A Qamishlo-centered operation resulted in the arrest of 8 people who were involved in forging documents, paying bribes to purchase-sale committee members, using fraud, providing fake materials and harming the institutions of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
Members of the organized crime group were taken to court and remanded in custody on charges of membership in an organized crime organization.
According to reports, the persons in question infiltrated the Autonomous Administration and SDF institutions and profiteered large sums of money worth millions of dollars.
