People of Çilaxa and Til Hemis protest the Turkish state

After the elections on May 28, the Turkish state has escalated its attacks against North and East Syria.
The Turkish state is committing severe war crimes almost every day by attacking civilian settlements, especially with armed drones.
Çilaxa
In the town of Çilaxa in Qamishlo canton, a large number of residents, members of civil society organizations and the Council of Martyrs' Families, as well as representatives of Kongra Star, the Revolutionary Youth Movement and the Young Women’s Union, participated in a march on Thursday in protest at the attacks on North and East Syria and the isolation imposed on Kurdish Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
Following the march through the town center, accompanied by the slogans of “Long live the resistance of the people” and “Long live the resistance of Leader Apo", Semer Hisên, a member of Kongra Star's Çilaxa Administration, called for the expansion of the struggle to achieve the physical freedom of Kurdish Leader Öcalan and to thwart the occupation plans.
Feysel Hisen, co-mayor of Çilaxa People's Municipality, expressed their determination to resist until the democratic nation project succeeds.
Til Hemîs
Another protest march was staged in Til Hemis with the participation of members of civil society organizations and opinion leaders from Til Ehmed, Abu Jirin, Ukaz and Jazaa towns.
Speaking after the protest march, Xalib Al-Sadûn, co-chair of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in Til Hemis, criticized the attacks and emphasized that peoples embrace the ideas of Öcalan and resist the policy of genocide.
Sadûn stated that many victories have been achieved through the unity of the Kurdish, Arab and Syriac peoples and these victories have put the Turkish state to inconvenience .
Hedîl Al Ebdullah, a member of the Til Hemis Cultural Center, criticized the Turkish state for seeking revenge against the region’s achievements, security and stability. He vowed that they would resist together against the attacks.
