The people of Afrin forced out of their homes with the barbaric attacks by the invading Turkish state and their allied gangs continue their resistance in the Shehba region where they settled. The people of Afrin say they will never surrender to the invaders and continue their resistance to liberate their lands.

Gulê Ehmed said they were forced to move out due to the Turkish state attacks against their lands and said: “We had to leave without taking anything with us. But despite all hardship, we will not return to Afrin before our lands are liberated. We resist here, and we will continue to resist.”

Mihemed Kolîn said the Turkish state directly targeted civilians and added: “They forced us out of our homes. Now they settle gangs in them. We will resist these ethnic cleansing attacks under any circumstances. Even as the invasion attacks against Afrin continue, nobody should think we have given up on Afrin. Not everything is said and done.”

Gule Hemo said the Turkish state and their allied gangs oppress them and said: “Erdogan put us through great pains and forced us out of our homes. Now he settles gangs and their families brought from elsewhere in Afrin. But he should know very well that we will never give up on the resistance. The whole world should know that despite their silence, we will continue our resistance. We will never surrender to these invading hordes that forcibly and barbarically invaded our lands.”
