Mihemed Abdullah, from the neighborhood of al-Mifti in Hesekê told ANHA that the people do not accept the threats issued by the Turkish state. “The YPG/YPJ and the SDF fighters have ensured our freedom and protect us. Our current situation is very good. We will reject any possible Turkish attack against our land.”
Mother Ebdo said: “We do not accept the threats issued by the Turkish state against our regions. All the people of the region live in peace and brotherhood.”
Malik Mistefa said: “Turkey wants to crash our morale with its threats. But the Kurdish people will make it clear that their will cannot be broken. We do not accept any interference in our territory. Because we live in peace and security.”
Welat Aldar stressed that the YPG-YPJ and SDF are the defenders of these region, and added: “We do not want Turkey to invade our territory. Because our region is the most peaceful and safest area in Syria. We don't want the massacres of Afrin to be repeated. Turkey will not break our will with threats and we will continue to live on our land."
