Intellectuals and doctors in Qamishlo expressed their opinion on the Syrian Democratic Council talks with the Syrian regime.
Intellectuals and doctors in Qamishlo shared with ANHA their comments on the talks between the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) and the Syrian regime and their possible contribution to the solution of the war and crisis in the country.
"The Syrian crisis can be solved through internal dialogue”, said Dr. Siläman Yasir, adding that it is important to continue these talks between the MSD delegation and the Syrian regime.
Yasir stated that the decision taken by the first talks to establish a joint committee, will play a big role in the solution, but warned: "No dialogue ignoring the will of the Syrian people will be successful".
Stating that foreign interventions against Syria further deepened the crisis, Yasir said: "The Turkish state has occupied a large piece of land in Syria. Foreign states are deepening the crisis as they act only for their own interests”.
Aydin Dawud Semûn emphasized that the talks are very important because a solution to the crisis can be found through internal dialogues rather than foreign interventions.
"The Syrian people should solve their own problems”, said Hesen Esaf, adding that foreign interventions have done nothing but deepened the crisis.
