People in Turkish occupied Girê Spî rose up against the occupation troops over increasingly ongoing attacks and abductions.
According to reports coming through from Turkish occupation zone Girê Spî (Tal Abyad), the Turkish-backed militia Jabhat al-Shamiya stormed houses and kidnapped a number of civilians, including women, on Friday.
Hundreds of people took to the streets after the mass abduction. While their call for the release of those kidnapped was rejected, masses gathered at the border crossing and threw stones on armored vehicles of the Turkish occupation forces.
Protests continue with people calling for the leave of invaders from their land.
