Efforts continue for the migrants who have had to leave various centers in Syria due to the ongoing war and settle in the camp set up in Gire Spi’s Ayn Isa district.
The camp administration has opened schools for the 3.000 students aged between 6 and 12.
Three schools with over 2.000 students have been opened in the camp to date, and the administration has launched efforts to open another with support from humanitarian aid organizations.
Education material is sourced from Raqqa and the schools teach Arabic, English, Mathematics and Science.
Camp administrator Jalal Al-Ayaf said they are working to make sure no child in the camp is deprived of their right to an education and called on humanitarian aid organizations to contribute to the schools.
