The Press Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) has published a report of the past 24 hours of battle in Afrin Canton of Northern Syria.

The balance sheet is as follows:

Central Afrin

Since yesterday, fierce battles have taken place between our forces and units of the Turkish occupation army and jihadist gangs in the vicinity of the village of Xalta. Our forces destroyed a vehicle with a mounted rocket launcher and 37 Turkish soldiers and jihadists were killed. The Turkish air and artillery attacks on the village continue.

Jindires

Since yesterday, the villages of Keferdela, Feqîra and Qoçîma have been attacked from the air and with heavy ground weapons.

Bilbilê

Since yesterday, fierce fighting is taking place in the district. Air and artillery attacks are being carried out on the district center that has been hit by over 250 artillery projectiles. In the ongoing clashes, 27 jihadists have been killed.

Fierce fighting has also taken place in the villages of Qestel Xidiriye, Çoleqa and Xedra since yesterday. 17 soldiers and jihadists were killed.

Mabeta

In continuing fighting in the village of Birmîce, 14 jihadists have been killed. Air and artillery attacks were carried out on the village.
