SDF fighter Amed Agirî buried in Amûdê

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighter Ehmed Seyd (Amed Agirî), who fell a martyr as a result of an attack on 19 May, was buried in Amûdê with a ceremony attended by dozens of people.

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighter Ehmed Seyd (Amed Agiri) fell a martyr as a result of an attack on May 19.

A mass ceremony was held in Amûdê to bid farewell to the fighter. Azîze Culî, a member of the Amûdê Martyrs’ Families Assembly, delivered a speech at the commemoration.

Culî stated that they will succeed thanks to the sacrifice of the martyrs and demanded freedom for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Military Council Member Osman El-Meo said: “The martyrs are our spiritual leaders. Martyr Ehmet was fighting against all mercenaries. He was committed to the philosophy of Leader Abdullah Öcalan.”

After the ceremony, the Martyr Families Council read the martyr’s document and handed it over to his family.

The SDF fighter was buried in Martyr Ismail graveyard.
