SDF liberates Albelda village in Deir ez-Zor
Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) liberated Albelda village after clashes with ISIS gangs on Thursday.
According to local sources, SDF fighters launched an operation against ISIS gangs based near Albelda village on late Wednesday night.
Six ISIS members were killed and the Albelda village was liberated on Thursday morning.
Albelda village is 44 kilometres northeast of Deir ez-Zor.
SDF continues Operation Cizire Storm for the 48th day. Until now most of Deir ez-Zor governate on the northern side of Euphrates were liberated from ISIS.
