Shehba FM Radio started its test broadcast on 16 January 2023. Since then, it has prepared and tested news and music programs between 8am and 2pm.

Shehba FM is located in Şêxmeqsûd, in Aleppo. Its frequency is 107.5 Hz. The radio broadcast in Kurdish and Arabic on the frequency of Aleppo and Shehba Canton.

The official broadcast will begin on 1 June and the radio will offer local and global news bulletins, social, cultural and economic programs as well as programs in which youth and women's issues will be addressed.

Diyala Ebdi told ANHA: "The radio will broadcast a variety of programs from 8am to 8pm."

Ebdi said that 8 people are receiving training at the radio.
