Speaking at the Kurdish Unity and Common Stance Conference in Rojava, KNK Co-Chair Zeynep Murad and DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır stated that the foundation of Öcalan’s call for freedom and peace lies in Kurdish unity.
Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır and Zeynep Murad, Co-Chair of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK), also delivered speeches at the Kurdish Unity and Common Stance Conference in Rojava.
KNK Co-Chair Zeynep Murad stated that Rojava had achieved Kurdish unity during the Kobanê Resistance and that today they had taken another serious step toward achieving Kurdish unity.
Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır said: “We are striving to convey Leader Abdullah Öcalan's Historic Call to the entire world. So far, we have held numerous meetings with all Kurdish parties and forces. We have conveyed the positions of the forces toward Kurdistan and the messages of the parties to Mr. Abdullah Öcalan through the Imrali delegation as a result of all these meetings.”
The foundation of Abdullah Öcalan's call for freedom and peace is Kurdish unity. We must work for Kurdish unity. With all its principles, this conference is a serious step towards achieving the goals and rights of the Kurds on their historical lands. The people of Northern Kurdistan offer their unlimited support to the Kurds in Rojava.”
