A ceremony was held to mark the end of the Martyr Şahin Rojhilat Training Cycle by 236 fighters in the third YPG regiment in Rojava's Efrîn Canton. The ceremony was attended by commanders and fighters from YPG/YPJ (People's / Women's Defense Units), Democratic Autonomous Administration representatives and families of fighters.

Speaking after the military ceremony, YPG Efrîn Canton Commander Hisên Gabar celebrated the third regiment for the people of Efrîn and families of martyrs.

Gabar laid emphasis on the necessity of defense in the current circumstances, stressing that: “Everyone living in the canton should be prepared against attacks and resist.”

The ceremony was followed by music performances and Kurdish traditional dance halay.
