Thousands march in Efrîn against the isolation of Öcalan

The people of Efrîn took to the streets by thousands to condemn the isolation imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
Upon the initiative of Movement for a Democratic Society (TEV-DEM), thousands of people from Efrîn have taken to the streets and staged a mass march to protest the isolation on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.
The march started in front of the Asayish building in Efrîn's center, and continues through all the main streets of the city.
The demonstrators chant slogans expressing loyalty to Öcalan and carry banners of the Democratic Autonomy Administration, TEV-DEM, pictures of Öcalan and placards condemning the isolation.
The march is expected to end at the main street in front of the Avrîn Hospital, where a rally will be held.
During the hugely mobilized mass march that is the second of its kind in Efrîn, the people are being guarded by the Asayish and Domestic Security forces.
