Turkish-backed mercenaries have attempted to infiltrate the village of Um al-Kaf in Til Temir (Tal Tamr) region on Sunday.

According to the statement released by Til Temir Military Council, Turkish-backed mercenaries attempted to infiltrate the wheat depot in the village.

Fighters of Til Temir Military Council foiled the infiltration attempt and one mercenary was killed during the ensuing fighting. The mercenaries were then forced to retreat.
