Truck bombed by occupiers in Ain Issa

A truck has been bombed in Ain Issa. The vehicle was parked near a rest stop, apparently no one was injured.

The Turkish army attacked a truck in the northern Syrian town of Ain Issa. The vehicle was parked with a load of sand near the Al-Saqr service area west of the city on Monday morning when the attack occurred. No one was apparently injured, as there were reportedly no people in the truck.

Meanwhile, it is still unclear how the attack occurred. The use of a killer drone by the Turkish state is suspected. A week ago, YPJ fighter Mizgîn Botan was killed in a Turkish drone attack in Qamishlo. The attack targeted a vehicle in which the Kurdish woman from Iran was traveling. A civilian was also killed in the attack, and two other YPJ fighters were injured.

On Sunday, three civilians were injured in Ain Issa in an artillery attack on the village of Abu Naytulah. Since Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan threatened to invade northern and eastern Syria again, the attacks against the autonomous areas have escalated.
