According to a report by Hawar News Agency (ANHA), the Turkish forces and affiliated gang groups stationed in Azaz have conducted a bombardment targeting the district of Tal Rifaat where thousands of people live. The bombardment is reported to be continuing.

The Turkish state and gangs had targeted Tal Rifaat district centre with artillery fire on September 10th. The bombardment was carried out by mercenaries deployed in Marai, who also targeted the northern part of the district and the Usama Dirbes school.
