The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has monitored this morning the entry of a new Turkish column into Syrian territory. Accordingly, nearly 15 vehicles loaded with military and logistical equipment entered via Kafr Losin border crossing with the Iskenderun region, north of Idlib. The column headed to observation posts deployed in Jabal al-Zawiya, south of Idlib.
According to SOHR, the number of military vehicles entered Syrian territory since the start of the new ceasefire has reached 8,185 in addition to 10,000 Turkish soldiers.
From February 2 to date, more than 11,685 Turkish trucks and military vehicles carrying tanks, personnel carriers, armoured vehicles and mobile bulletproof guard booths and military radars arrived in “de-escalation zone”.
