Locals report that Turkish army is attacking Zormixar village, 30 km west of Kobane city centre in Northern Syria.
Turkish army has carried out artillery attacks on YPG positions in Zormixar village since early hours of Thursday, local sources said.
Eye witnesses say that the artillery attacks target several areas around the village.
Zormixar village is a few kilometres from the Turkish border. The village is also neighbouring Jarablus which is under control of Turkish supported gangs. Therefore, Zormixar and its surroundings are heavily fortified by YPG and YPJ forces.
