The district of Til Temir in the Hesekê Canton in north-eastern Syria is facing a continuous Turkish aggression.
According to local sources, an electrical maintenance team from the Til Temir District Council went to the Um El-Kêf village during the morning hours to repair the power line no 66 accompanied by Russian forces. The line was out of service as a result of the Turkish attacks.
The team was targeted by Turkish forces as soon as they arrived in the village. The maintenance team and the Russian forces had to leave the area following the escalation.
