Turkish attacks continue in Afrin
Turkish army continues its attacks on the Northern Syrian city of Afrin. Local sources report intense airstrikes and artillery fire.
Turkish airplanes bombed Afrin’s city center at 23h00 on Sunday night. There is no information on casualties after the bombing.
Early on Monday, Turkish army also hit Dikmedas and Qestele villages near Shera with howitzers and mortars. SDF forces responded and returned fire.
A detailed SDF statement on the attacks is expected later in the day.
Turkish attacks on Afrin continue for the third day and at least 20 civilians were killed in Turkish airstrikes.
