According to the information received from sources in the region, the Firqêt El Hemzat group affiliated to the Turkish state kidnapped two elderly people in the village of Goliya jêrin in Raco, also in Afrin. While it is not known where the abducted people were taken, it was learned that the mercenaries demanded a large ransom in exchange for releasing the civilians.

Sources reported that the names of the abducted were Xelil Ibrahim Bilal (65) and Mistefa Mihemed Yusif (60).

It was also stated that the Al Hemzat mercenaries affiliated with the Turkish state kidnapped a civilian named Eli Mihemed Arif from the village of Goliya Jêrin and subjected him to torture for 10 days while in custody.

It was also stated that Turkish intelligence abducted lawyer Reşid Kekeç Mihemed in the village of Qizilbaş in the Bilbil district of Afrin on June 28.
