According to Hawar News Agency (ANHA), an unidentified young man was captured by Turkish soldiers as he attempted to cross the border over to Northern Kurdistan from Serêkaniyê city of Hesekê Canton on Tuesday. The young man was then tortured by Turkish soldiers who threw him to the Rojava side of the border afterwards.

Local people found the young man near border and rushed him to hospital.

Again on Tuesday, Turkish soldiers similarly captured and tortured three people, one of whom by the name of Heyder El Mexlof from Damascus, lost his life due to severe torture he was subject to at the hands of Turkish soldiers.a
