Al-Hemzat mercenaries affiliated to the invading Turkish state continue to cut trees between the villages of Satya and Gozê in Jindirêsê and sell them in Afrin and Idlib markets.

Eyewitnesses reported that the mercenaries belonging to the Turkish-linked Semirqend and Lîwa El-Weqas groups seized around 32,000 olive trees in the fields belonging to the people of the village of Kefir Sefrê.

Barzanî Xelîl was able to get his trees back after paying 5,000 dollars to the mercenaries belonging to Sultan Murad.

According to the statement of the Afrin-Syrian Human Rights Organization, 398,650 trees have been burned, more than 17,000 trees have been cut down and more than 20,000 trees have been uprooted since the invasion.
