According to the information obtained from occupied Afrin, the Turkish state and its mercenaries do not allow Yazidi people who migrated from Baflun village of Shera to return to their lands.
According to the information, 30 families who left their lands during the occupation of Afrin wanted to go to the village, but al-Cebhe al-Şamiye mercenaries prevented them from doing so. The same source noted that when they visited the graves as part of the Çarşema Sor Holiday, they saw that the Turkish state and its mercenaries destroyed the graves.
Syria-Afrin Human Rights Organization spokesperson Ibrahim Şêxo said: “The mercenaries turned families' houses into military bases. The demographic structure in the region has been changed almost completely. The last 70 families brought from the Gulf countries were placed in al-Teawin camp."
