Manbij Military Council Press and Liaison Center reported that the invading Turkish army fired artillery from their headquarters in the village of Yasli, northwest of Manbij, to the village of El-Seyada.
The written statement said that as a result of the attack, houses belonging to civilians were damaged in El-Seyada.
Manbij Military Council said that the Turkish state violated international laws by attacking civilians.
