According to the information received, the "Military Police", the criminal apparatus, established by the Turkish state in the areas it has occupied, kidnapped a person named Jihad Mihemed Mensûr (51) in the village of Şorbe in Mabata, province of Afrin.
It was reported that a second person, named Ferid Ehmd Mistefa, was kidnapped in the village of Emara. The fate of both is unknown.
The Turkish state has created a regime of terror and sent mercenaries into all the regions it has occupied, especially in Afrin, which has been under occupation since March 2018. Crimes such as kidnapping, execution, torture, looting, forced abduction have become daily in the city, which has systematically turned into a war crimes site.
According to human rights defenders, the Turkish state and its mercenary allies killed 686 civilians and kidnapped at least 8,455 civilians in Afrin in 4 years. The fate of nearly half of the abducted remains unknown.
